Welcome to my website! I am an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Business School and serve as Associate Director of the Center for AI, Management and Organization (CAMO) at HKU. Together with my colleague Jie Gong, I also co-direct the CAMO Lab for Organizational Transformation.

My current research is mostly focused on Relational Contracts and the role of AI in organizations. More broadly, I am interested in various topics in Organizational Economics, as well as in Behavioral, Labor & Public Economics.

I am also a co-organizer of the Workshop on Relational Contracts and the Asian Conference on Organizational Economics.

Recently, I had the honor to edit a Symposium on Relational Contracts (together with W. Bentley MacLeod and Gerd Muehlheusser) for the Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics. This Symposium contains 11 great papers, you can find its content here.
